Invollv designed and developed a proprietary, cloud-based CMS (Content Management System) to serve as Homina’s operational backbone. This wasn’t just a website; it was a powerful web application designed to centralize control and create efficiency.

• Integrated Tenant & Lease Management: Streamlined tools to track leases, automate rent collection reminders, manage security deposits, and store tenant contact information and communication history.

• Maintenance Request Tracking: A streamlined system for tenants to submit requests and for managers to assign, track, and log the history of all maintenance work, including costs and vendor details.

• Financial Dashboard & Reporting: A comprehensive overview of income, expenses, and profitability across the entire portfolio or for individual properties. Automated reporting features save countless hours of manual compilation.

• Role-Based Access Control: Secure login permissions for different team members (e.g., administrators, property managers, accountants), ensuring users only see the data relevant to their role.
